How to update multiple items in a list?

I have a document library that contains over 500 itmes. This library has a multi select lookup column called "category". Is there any way I can update this Category column for multiple items at once?

For example... Over 50 items contain the words "Spanish" in the Title column. I'd like to update these with the "Spanish" category without manually editing the properties.
