I want to know if we have any option in powershell to capture the meta data (encoder used, files per second, resolution etc) of a video played inside an application like Office Communicator or Skype etc.

I know that we can get the meta data of a static media file on the disk but my requirement is to capture this data of video being played with a webcam in an application like Skype or Office communicator.
