Free.

Lets you automate Microsoft OneNote directly from PowerShell. You can create Notebooks, Sections and Pages and direct output and data from PowerShell directly into OneNote. From there, you can export to HTML, PDF, etc.

I can't download the MS OneNote snapin source code from your SkyDrive. Do I have to login first? Thanks.
